Had my esky stolen at Dowds last week.....I wish to hope it was not a Duck Hunter but im probably very wrong! To the asshole who stole it, next time dont steal from a family of police officers! IDIOT!!!

Quail season starts today,seen a heap in gippsland last weekend while duck hunting.Just ran accross the road in front of us.cheers

I have NEVER seen so many duck floating around wetlands on a Sunday EVER. Normally they would have moved off the wetland. Ducks from other wetlands simply replaced them this year.

In all honesty the protesters must be kept out of the wetlands. The call on police resources is ridiculous. Make the fines so large that they get the message. I had one young girl hiding behind trees taking photos of myself and my two sons whilst her male friend used my decoys as a slalom course. I think she was only taking photos in case I became upset. I ignored them and they went away but plainly lack manners and show no respect for what others do ledally, ethically and responsibly!

Update young hunter innocent,gun handed back by police,so whats happened is anybodies guess.should not have been there and lady needs to be charged by police for tresspass cheers

New government will have to bring in new laws to keep loony protesters out of swamps and protect them from there selves and there stupid actions.cheers

It had to happen one day ,protester accidently shot be young duck hunter.Might keep them away after this happened,and we have been warning them for years that running around in swamps doing stupid things will end up im grief.cheers
